Card Access

A card access system can be a great long term investment saving both time and money for a company. Card access will let you open a door using a card placed in close proximity to the reader for that door. These systems have many advantages over a standard lock and key.IMG_5077

  • Program each card for any door
  • Put doors on a schedule
  • Don’t have to worry about who has keys to which door
  • Don’t have to worry about what key works for which door
  • People can’t make a copy of the cards
  • Don’t have to get new locks with someone leaves the company
  • Can issue a new card very quickly
  • Open or close every door very quickly
  • See what doors each person has accessed
  • Disable a card at any time

Daily Deals – Video Surveillance

MTS installed a 16 camera video surveillance system at the new Daily Deals location in Greenville. Video surveillance can be very important for a business. It helps protects assets as well as from potential lawsuits if employees or customers get hurt due to their own negligence. It can also be used for monitoring employee performance. MTS was very happy to install video surveillance because we think it will be an excellent long term investment.

Ridge Point Community Church

Ridge Point Community Church was having issues with their projectors. The image quality was low and not up to the standard they were trying to hold.  Media Technology Solutions installed 4 new laser projectors which can show a bright and crisp HD display.  They can project for 20,000 hours without the use of lamps which means they have a very low long term maintenance cost. Media Technology Solutions was very happy to provide a long term solution to Ridge Point that will give them many years of use.

Providence Church – Video Surveillance

Providence Church in Holland is a very busy church that has everything from 2 services on Sunday to daycare during the week.  We installed a 29 camera video surveillance system to protect its volunteers, assets, and people that go through the building on a day to day basis.  Providence feels more comfortable and less liable with this system in place.  MTS is happy that we were able to provide a system and service for one of our clients that would help protect them.

Kelloggsville Christian Reformed Church

Kelloggsville CRC came to MTS with the need for new speakers. Their current setup was getting old and it was starting to show. A single column line array was the perfect solution for the room they were worshiping in.  We knew the speakers we had proposed would provide excellent sound quality and coverage for both the balcony and main seating areas. They are very pleased with the final result.

Sunrise Ministries

IMG_3700Sunrise Ministries was in need of a temporary worship location. Hudsonville Christian Middle School was able to rent a portion of the school to them. It was very important to Sunrise Ministries to create an atmosphere or worship in the gym so people could focus on God.  Since this space is only used on Sunday morning, it needed to be setup and torn down easily.  Media Technology Solutions was asked to come up with a solution for this on a budget.  IMG_3703

We installed a few LED lights on an existing light bar and provided a controller on the main floor.  We also have LED lights around the room that shine on the walls to provide more lighting.  We did this so the main florescent lights would no longer be needed during the service. This was very effective in giving us control in changing the overall mood of the room. We also upgraded their audio system to a X32 digital sound board with a digital snake.  This allowed them to run a single cat5 cable to the front of the room for all their channels.  We also provided them with In-Ear-Monitors in order to cut down on the stage noise during their contemporary worship sets.  Sunrise Ministries held their first service in this space on Easter Sunday and it was a great success. We are glad that we could be of assistance in reaching their end goal.

Galilee Baptist Church

Galilee Baptist Church of Lansing came to MTS with a need for projection. They wanted the ability to show sermon notes and lyrics during services while not permanently blocking their cross.  MTS came up with a solution that would include a motorized screen recessed up in the ceiling that would go up and down by the push of a button. We were able to recess the screen in a location that keeps the opening in the ceiling very hidden. We were also able to discretly mount the projector tight to the ceiling to make it almost unnoticeable.

The Ladder Community Center

The Ladder Community Center is a renovated building that is designed to have excellent functionality for everyone in the community. We had the privilege to design audio, video and video surveillance systems for this building. When designing these systems, it was important to everyone that we kept a high level of functionality. There are four main areas in the building and we have incorporated the ability to have audio and video in all locations from any source. In each space we installed a control plate that allows the users to select the audio and video sources easily and quickly. Below each control plate there are inputs for alternate video and audio sources. This will make it easy to have classes or presentations in any of the areas of the building. We installed a projector, screen, audio mixer, and main speakers to hold all kinds of event for the community. We are very excited for the opening of this new space.

First Baptist Church Kalamazoo – New Years Festival

First Baptist Church of Kalamazoo is a part of the annual New Year’s Festival in Kalamazoo. One week before this year’s festival they came to us with some major issues they were experiencing with their IMG_3373sound board. They wanted to upgrade to a digital sound board which meant we had to get the equipment, install it, and do training on it in less than a week.  We were able to finish the installation in time and the jazz and classical acts by the Western Jazz Quartet, Katelin Spencer and Helen Lukan went off without a hitch.

Evergreen Church of Baldwin

Evergreen Church in Baldwin built a new building that held its first service yesterday 12/6/15. We spent the weekend there to train volunteers and help run the new audio and video system we had installed for their first service. It was important to us that we designed these systems to be easy to use so volunteers could operate and be trained very effectively. We installed a single switch that can power the whole system on and off in proper sequence. The audio system speakers consist of three main speakers for the main sanctuary, as well as six ceiling speakers for the fellowship area, and a single ceiling speaker for the nursery. For the video system we installed two projectors that show on the wall in the front of the Sanctuary, a confidence monitor for the pastor or people leading worship, as well as a monitor for announcements and service in the fellowship area. Evergreen Church is very please with the end result and service we provided them.
